I help people stop forcing systems that were never built for their brains — and start building ones that actually work.

I have a BS in Psychology (heavy emphasis on the BS), about twenty years of therapy experience (receiving, not giving), and a brain that my therapist describes as "my own unique brand of weird."
I built businesses, traveled the world, and figured out how to do the things I wanted to do. I spent nearly a decade doing gig work before building something that let me live and work from anywhere. No five-year plan. No morning routine.
Now I talk about all of it. On stages, in my book, and wherever people are tired of being told to try harder.
I speak about building a life that works for your actual brain. Audiences include conferences, corporate teams, podcasts, and panels focused on entrepreneurship, neurodivergence, productivity, and travel.
A practical, four-step framework for people who know what they want but can't seem to start. A way to work with your brain instead of against it.
How to actually feel safe, prepared and actually enjoy your trip: Travel tips for people whose brain never shuts up.
Long-term travel while running a business is not a vacation. It's logistics, loneliness, bad Wi-Fi, and the best decision I ever made. An honest look at what it takes and who it's actually for.
For audiences who have been told (by the world, by their own brain) that what they want isn't realistic. A talk about neurodivergence, self-trust, and the difference between laziness and being in the wrong setup.

This is a book by someone who has been figuring out how to make life workable (for herself, and for her clients) for years. Someone who sleeps in and still gets things done.
For people who have tried every system and felt worse. For people who start things, stop things, and start them again. For people who suspect they're not lazy, they're just in the wrong setup.
The first chapter is free. It might change how you look at every annoying problem in your life. Permanently.
I talk about the EASE Method, building a life that works for your brain, long-term travel, and why most productivity advice makes everything worse.
